Privacy notice
This notice explains how we collect and use your personal data when you use our website and book our Umrah services, as the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia requires.
Who we are
We are the controller of your personal data. Our registered name, commercial registration and contact details are shown on our About page and at the foot of every page.
What we collect and why
- Your name, contact details and what you ask for when you send one of our forms (an enquiry, a custom trip, a callback or an agent application), so we can answer it. We note which page, link or campaign brought you to the form — never with cookies — and we don't ask for identity numbers there.
- Your travel and identity details when you book, so we can arrange your visa, flights, hotels and transport.
- Payment details, handled by our payment provider, to take your payment.
Our legal basis
We process your data to take steps you ask for before a contract, to perform our contract with you, to meet our legal obligations (including those of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah), and with your consent where we ask for it.
Who receives it
Only those who need it to provide your trip: government platforms for visas, airlines, hotels, transport operators and our payment provider. We keep your data in the Kingdom unless a transfer is needed for your trip and allowed by law.
How long we keep it
As long as your booking and our legal record-keeping duties require, then we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may ask to be informed, to access and receive a copy of your data, to correct it, and to have it destroyed when it is no longer needed. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details on our About page; you may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority.
