These terms apply to every Umrah package and service you book with us.

Your booking

A booking is confirmed when we accept it in writing and receive the deposit stated in your quotation. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Visas and travel documents

We apply for your Umrah visa through the official platform; the decision rests with the authorities. You must hold a passport valid for the period the rules require.

Changes and cancellations

Our cancellation and refund policy, and the terms stated on your package, apply.
